You retain ownership of any data or content you upload to StatusTrackr. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host, process, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
You represent that you have the right to upload and process any customer or third-party data and that doing so complies with applicable laws.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service, including all software, design, branding, and content (excluding user content), is owned by StatusTrackr and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties

8. Limitation of Liability
